Sam's Xpress Car Wash

Good price and good wash job. My car was very clean. Shoutout to Hector! He noticed that the car in front of me inside the car wash was not going forward and almost hit me. He got them back on track and all was good. Matt was nice and helpful, also.

I just found this place and I will definitely be back! It was a busy Saturday morning and Jace and his team were all over it. There was a short wait for a vacuums and Detail bays- and they gave everybody either the option to wait for a bit, or they even offered a free top wash for the “inconvenience “. Also, I have giant rubber mats in every inch of my car and the guys were really kind and pressure washed them all for me since they did not fit in the automated machine. I also loved that they had fun music playing the whole time, it’s like we’re all out here adulting… But at least it’s a vibe!

Thank you so much to manager Noah and team. We alll understand there's the possibility things can happen when going through a car wash. My license plate box was detached. They paid and replaced it and whole situation was resolved through the claim process with ease. No malice, just general pure intent. Teamwork on both ends and communication was especially impressive. We understand these things happen. But again thank you and your team for going above and beyond and resolving this so quickly! Definitely the best team at any Sam's in Charlotte. This minor situation they treated with top priority and I will most certainly be back!

I use this car wash frequently however it is always a gamble with the wheel package. Sometimes you get it and sometimes you don't. I left feedback about it through their website and Jacob got back to me rather quickly to assure that proper adjustments have been made to prevent this. I thanked him for his prompt response and the 2 free washes he included. I used 1 before they expired. I've been back several times since but the issue has not be fixed. It continues to be a hit or miss whether you pay for the wheel package or not. The photos are of my wheels from my latest visit after purchasing the deluxe option. As you can see, the wheels weren't even touched in the wash. When it DOES work, your wheels and tires come out clean and shiny.

My car was scratched in several places. I went to the manager and he gaslighted me and said the carwash didn’t do it. I would have taken a simple fix for my car. This is a brand new car with under 5k miles on it. I took it to the dealership and they said it look like it hard years worth of stretches on the car. The manager only denied denied denied. Worst experience i ever had with a carwash and I go to the carwash 2 to 3 times a week!
